Trinity 7 (ROOTS/REGGAE)
Trinity 7, led by bassist/singer Ras Meishak hailing from the hills of Jamaica, delivers authentic, roots reggae.Their original music carries on the message that reggae was founded on: a message of inspiration, revolution, transformation, hope, unity & peace. As music runs through his veins, he is joined by his family who bring the rest of the music to life. Trinity 7 has shared the stage with many well known artists such as the Wailers,Culture & Stephen Marley. Their music has continuously proven to capture the attention of audiences worldwide.
Badda Skat (REGGAE)
How does an original lyricist named Aaron Ugosmith (who also happens to be a white guy from Tampa, Florida with natural dreadlocks that have grown down past his knees) transform into a well-respected reggae artist? With hard work, a pure heart and a touch of divine intervention…
Emerging from the underground scene of internet dancehall in the year 2000, Badda began to perfect his craft and systematically carve out his space in the industry. Working with a variety of producers globally, Badda put together an arsenal of tracks that he soon organized as a way to educate and inform the masses. With a focus on conscious material and informative content, word began to spread about not only the skill of the delivery, but also the quality of lyrics and the messages they conveyed.
Facility (AMERICANA/REGGAE/JAZZ)
We are a band out of Tampa, Florida. Rich Allen who sings and plays acoustic and electric guitar also writes the songs for the group. His longtime friend, Neville Bassie Moodie Ellis play bass and along with Kibo Challenger on drums–the rhythm section is set! Fred Matthew Schmid plays lead guitar backing vocals and also song writes to square up the group. We have a folk/indie/jam band style that is sure to set a the mood and make things “just right” at any gig we play.
Music of life, facility’s songs are confessions of our own experiences; gut-wrenching testimonies of a broken life, narratives characterized by deep-seated vulnerability, and honest expressions framed in thoughtful poetry.
Being at the nadir of ones existence ,song writing was the ladder which saved me from insanity. Facility’s songs tell a story of hit, misses, joy pain and sorrow. Raking the embers to extinguish the very concept of love, and addiction. And in the end redemption through music.
