Due to the impending frigid temperatures for our area, we have cancelled yoga in the Skipperdome for January 30th. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Join us for Slowdown Sundays at Skipper’s!
Every Sunday in January 2022 our very own, Julia will host a slow flow yoga class in the Skipperdome! The class will be donation based.
All shapes, sizes, ages, genders and skill levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat, towel and bottled water to keep hydrated throughout the class.
