Join us for Slowdown Sundays at Skipper’s!
This Sunday in November our very own, Julia will host a slow flow yoga class in the Skipperdome! The class will be donation based and include chanting, live music and one free draft beer per attendee after class concludes.
All shapes, sizes, ages, genders and skill levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat, towel and bottled water to keep hydrated throughout the class.

We will also have lemon rice and vegetarian curry from our friends at Uidipi Indian Restaurant – this dish will be $5 per bowl while supplies last.
