Made with some of the best independent musicians in the South West Florida Region. Jah Movement Reggae Band (JMRB) has a glorifying sound where the individual talents of each member comes together and add their style of talent to music.

Founded in May of 2015, JMRB has established a well known name and image through out Florida. Their passion of performing live for different audiences of different ages, the band comes equipped with not only the BEST LIVE Reggae music but adding their own touch of R&B , Soul and Funk music. You never know what popular songs they will pull out the box at each show!

JMRB now has their first debut EP album called ‘The Movement’ which was released on their one year anniversary date in May 2016. Selling out their first album ‘The Movement’ of over 500 copies the night of their album release party, JMRB has had the opportunity to open for many popular reggae artists such as Ky-Mani Marley, Inner Circle, and Black Uhuru . They plan to start a mini tour in January of 2017.

Jah Steve & the Counteract Crew (REGGAE)

Jah Steve & the Counteract Crew hails from Hollywood, Florida. Since the band’s formation in August 2015, the band has been busy performing up and down Florida’s East Coast. They have appeared at least 150 times while gigging from the Florida Keys, to the Cape Canaveral Space Coast and north to Central Florida, sometimes sharing the bill with top flight artists like Luciano and King Yellowman.

Jah Steve (Steve McGowan) has music in his blood and in his bones. The Hollywood native has been involved in the entertainment industry since 1995 when he started as a sound engineer for live stage events. He quickly became a regular stage technician for the many Caribbean acts performing in South Florida. A self-taught bassist and musician, Jah Steve joined Crisis where he learned and played a wide variety of songs and rhythms. After this invaluable experience, Jah Steve became the band leader and bassist for 4th Dimension, a top-tier, South Florida Reggae show band. Over a fifteen year period, 4th Dimension became a staple at venues all across the state of Florida and beyond. Jah Steve has performed before thousands of fans at events like the Bob Marley Festival in Miami and other major festivals and concerts across the United States.
