El Dub (REGGAE/FUNK/HIP HOP/SOUL/LOOP)
A One Man, Reggae, Funk, Hip Hop, Soul band with a high energy, and intricate “looping” style mixed with a positive uplifting message creating a laid back, “no worries”, feel good type of vibe! El Dub plays all instruments live in real time, including, beat boxing, guitar, bass, keys and harmonizing vocals and loops them into layers that end up sounding like a full band with just one man!
Hard at work touring full time for the past 3 years, El Dub has been making a name for himself playing Nationally and Internationally throughout the US and Canada. His one of a kind “loop” style has landed him performances at many notable festivals and venues including SXSW, Vans Warped Tour, Spirit of Suwannee Music park, and Phases of the Moon to name a few. His unique Reggae, Funk Hip Hop style have earned him the opportunity to perform alongside the likes of 311, Matisyahu, Dirty Heads, Slightly Stoopid and many more.
No Need (REGGAE/ROCK/FUSION)
NoNeed is a five-piece reggae-rock fusion band thriving in Tampa Bay, Florida, but quickly stretching its influence across the state. Rooted in a strong reggae sound, their sound covers a variety of genres, from metal to funk to neofusion jazz to pop. When listening to the band, you’ll probably hear influences of pop/punk, jazz, funk and of course reggae, blending all of the guys’ various strengths and influences into one amazing and unique style.
Treehouse! (REGGAE/JAM/ROCK)
East Coast Reggae Jam Rock band, TreeHouse! formed in 2010 in Myrtle Beach, SC, with members, Jeremy Anderson on vocals and guitar, Matt Link on bass, and Trey Moody on drums. TreeHouse! spearheaded its own original local following in the area until the band was performing special events with some of the biggest acts in their genre at venues such as House of Blues.
TreeHouse! released its debut album in June of 2011 and began touring continuously from North Carolina to Florida. By 2012, the band was performing at regional conferences, events, and festivals across the Southeast. After jamming hundreds of shows together, the band released its sophomore album, Growth, in May of 2013, composed of songs all written through live jams. Since 2013, TreeHouse! has been expanding more North, from Virginia to New York and Ohio. The band has found its “growth” and its niche as a heady festival act, but the band has been known to turn any room into a Rasta Woodstock!
TreeHouse! has two albums out now, the self-titled debut TreeHouse! Album (2011) and the Growth album (2013), both self-produced. The band has been touring heavily across the East coast in promotion of Growth, from Florida to New York to Ohio to Tennessee to the Virgin Islands, and everywhere in between, building a network of good-vibin’ peoples. The freshly developed TreeHouse! sound is prized as authentic, meaningful and dynamic.
Badda Skat (REGGAE)
How does an original lyricist named Aaron Ugosmith (who also happens to be a white guy from Tampa, Florida with natural dreadlocks that have grown down past his knees) transform into a well-respected reggae artist? With hard work, a pure heart and a touch of divine intervention…
Emerging from the underground scene of internet dancehall in the year 2000, Badda began to perfect his craft and systematically carve out his space in the industry. Working with a variety of producers globally, Badda put together an arsenal of tracks that he soon organized as a way to educate and inform the masses. With a focus on conscious material and informative content, word began to spread about not only the skill of the delivery, but also the quality of lyrics and the messages they conveyed.
