Ras Sparrow & Wildfire Roots Band (ROOTS/ROCK/REGGAE)
Venezuelan musician, singer and producer Ras Sparrow (Eloy Carrero), an artist known worldwide and who holds as his mission to follow the traditional sounds and messages of Roots Reggae was from an early age involved with music, but it was not until 1990’s that Roots Reggae became his main musical style following a deep spiritual awakening.
In 2003 he began to perform live on the island of Hawai’i at which time became known as Ras Sparrow, a name that was given him by the Rasta community of the island.
Dukes of Juke (FINGER POPPIN’ R&B)
Still smokin’ after 30 years, the Dukes of Juke. The Dukes of Juke have been serving up blazing hot and icy cool jazz, blues, and funk, through an eclectic mix of music for 30 years, playing everywhere from major blues festivals and venues to the smokiest little jazz clubs in the bay area. The Dukes, like a fine wine or well-crafted guitar, prove that there are reasons quality endures. The time-tested seasoned band features lead singer, saxophone and harmonica player, Bobby Rose, a tightly-wound ball of R and B. Mr. Rose is surrounded by the simmering guitar licks of Roger Casey while Dan Hill’s keyboard work smolders underneath. Thumping and rumbling behind them is Kyle Campana’s driving percussion and the heart pounding bass of Pat Peterson. Together, the Dukes give their audience a slice of coolness, so hot, you’ll want more.
The Applebutter Express (UKULELE FUNK)
The band’s story begins in 2004, when Kyle Biss met his future wife Shannon while working at a record store in Bradenton, Florida. Still a focused bass player, Kyle picked up a ukulele in 2010 and began to write songs, with the idea of singing with Shannon (his then girlfriend) for fun on the couch. Pretty soon the duo began making a name for themselves among the open mic community; in no time, the eclectic, tuneful duo – now known as The Applebutter Express – were the talk of Tampa, Florida. Kyle and Shannon married in 2011, and in 2012 added Joe Trivette on the fiddle. Newest member, Zach Rogers (bass) joined in 2015.
Since then, The Applebutter Express has performed at such prestigious festivals as Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Hulaween, Suwannee Springfest, and many others.
Steve Connelly and The Greater Good (AMERICANA)
Americana at its very finest…
Uncle John’s Band was formed in 1989 in Clearwater Florida from a combination of talented musicians who love to play the music of the Grateful Dead. The purpose of Uncle John’s Band is to recreate the atmosphere and musical adventure of a live Dead show. Over the past many years, Uncle John’s Band has performed hundreds of shows full of musical energy and pleasure for all those who have attended. Uncle Johns’ Band has performed a highly successful series of concerts at the State Theatre in St. Petersburg, festivals at Vinoy Park, sunsets at Clearwater Pier and numerous clubs. Since 1998 UJB has performed Thursday nights at Skipper’s Smokehouse in Tampa. Uncle John’s Band performs 6-10 shows per month within the Bay area. Over the last twelve plus years UJB has developed a loyal fan base in the thousands who enjoy the music, atmosphere, and experience of the Grateful Dead.
Roger “Hurricane” Wilson & The Hurricane Homeboys
It was just over 50 years ago in 1963 when Roger, barely 10 years old at the time, took his first guitar lesson and since then there’s been no looking back. Over the last 40 years, Roger’s involvement has reached into pretty much every aspect of the music business. Being a musician, a singer, a songwriter, a record label owner/operator, an advisory board member of the Georgia Music Industry Association, an International Blues Competition judge, and having 40 years of broadcasting experience on TV, radio and the Internet, finding something in the industry he’s not familiar with would equal finding the needle in the haystack.
Peace of Woodstock (TRIBUTE)
Peace of Woodstock is a 90 minute show paying tribute to Woodstock, the famous three day festival of Peace, Music, Love, and Fun, in upstate New York that defined an entire generation!
This show will take you on a musical journey from the acoustic opening act of the Woodstock experience, Richie Havens through the closing moments of the festival with the explosive, electric sounds of Jimi Hendrix. Also featured are songs from Crosby, Stills, and Nash, The Who, Janis Joplin, Sly and the Family Stone, Joe Cocker, Arlo Guthrie, Country Joe McDonald, Santana, the Jefferson Airplane, and others.
Most of the members of Peace of Woodstock grew up playing together in various bands around the Tampa bay Area, followed by many years extensively touring most of the 50 states and parts of Europe with many top groups and recognizable names in the rock world.
Shevonne (POP/ROCK/REGGAE/SOUL/BLUES)
At the early age of 5 Shevonne began her music career and today she is one of Tampa’s most sought after artists. A self-taught musician, Shevonne has wowed crowds on America’s Most Talented Kids, America’s Got Talent and this season of American Idol with her voice and guitar skills. Shevonne has been working hard to perfect her craft and has spent the last 10 years performing live offering music by several artists including everyone from Bob Marley to Prince. Today her band Shevonne & The Bad Boys have come together to create not just a band but a complete show and perform all over.
In the early years, Shevonne spent 9 years in Entertainment Revue, and started performing live with local bands at age 14. Won the NFAA National Scholarship in musical theater and left high school early to travel on the National Tour of Oz the Musical.
Shevonne has spent the last 4 years writing and producing her album “Shevizzle”, encompassing Shevonne’s original music which has a pop, rock, reggae, soul & blues vibe. This is the first ever Shevonne Album release.

The Bearded Brothers (DRINKIN’ BAND W/ PARTY PROBLEM)
The Bearded Brother’s Band is comprised of 5 of the most energetic, fun loving, passionate musicians, who’s sole purpose is ENTERTAINING THE BEARDED MASSES!!!
Ari and the Alibis (BLUES/JAZZ/SOUL)
Infusing funk, jazz and samba with blues soul and rock, Ari and the Alibis have created a memorable ear-catching sound. For having been together for just two years, Sarasota Florida Fusion group Ari and the Alibis have already begun making serious waves in Florida’s vibrant music scene and carry the potential to spread their music far beyond state lines. They sport a sound often compared to Chicago, Tedeschi Trucks and Squirrel Nut Zippers.
Reverend Billy C. Wirtz (BLUES/PIANO/COMEDY)
Reverend Billy C. Wirtz is a comic genius, gifted pianist and American musicologist who defies easy classification. “I like to think of myself as the Victor Borge of the blues,” states the Reverend, but Billy goes way beyond Borge both in scope of subject matter (from politics to social commentary) and, of course, in taste. In fact, no theme is too extreme, taboo, or undignified for the Reverend, so long as it garners a good laugh.
