Monty Montgomery Neysmith (REGGAE/SKA/ROOTS)
Monty Montgomery was born In Port Antonio, Jamaica. This talented and charismatic singer started to write and create music in his early years. While studying in London, England, Monty met with fellow Jamaican musicians on the weekends. This led to the creation of the worldwide known “SYMARIP / PYRAMIDS” with hits like Skinhead Moonstomp, Traintour To Rainbow City, Skinhead Girl, Mexican Moonlight, All Change On The Bakerloo Line, Must Catch A Train to Night, and others. This band reached the British Charts and toured all over Europe. Monty collaborated with the legendary “Godfather of SKA” Laurel Aitken and Eddie Grant.

Founded in March of 2012 in Orlando, FL, Control This! is the brainchild of former NYC ska band, The Toasters’ saxophone player, Jeff Richey. Control This! provides the most authentic ska, rocksteady and reggae sounds in Central Florida.

Formed in 2012 and hailing from sunny Florida, The New Rulers deliver the finest Ska, Rocksteady, Reggae and Soul straight from the tap. The bands rhythm section bring the chunk and the funk laying a rock solid foundation of intoxicating grooves that will have you reaching for your dancing shoes. Sax, trombone, and trumpet make up The New Rulers extremely talented horn section, bringing to the mix beautiful harmonic melodies and tasteful solos played from the heart. Finalize the bands vintage sound with strong soulful vocals and the classic harmonies reminiscent of 50s and 60s vocal groups.
